First EcoFlow pipeline release containing major updates in order to make the pipeline nf-core gold standard

Updates include:

  • Lighter docker images stored on the ecoflow dockerhub
  • updated selection logic usign a ternary operator for tree and go parameters
  • removed containers from docker config and left in module files
  • added reporting and cleanup option to nextflow config
  • moved parameters to nextflow config
  • r scripts are now referenced from modules not perl scripts
