Adding a detailed installation and setup guide for running TensorFlow Lite models on Linux. The guide provides step-by-step instructions on installing Anaconda, setting up a virtual environment, downloading necessary dependencies, and running TFLite detection scripts. It follows the structure of existing guides for Windows and macOS to maintain consistency.
