Re-parents wetland ecosystem (ENVO:01001209) under terrestrial ecosystem, matching its definition ("A terrestrial ecosystem which is inundated or saturated...") and placing its subtree (peatland, fen, marsh, etc.) under astronomical body part alongside the other ecosystem classes, so those terms are available for MIxS env_local_scale. Resolves #1665.

The reasoning stays consistent and travis_test passes.

Pull request overview

Re-parents wetland ecosystem (ENVO:01001209) to be a subclass of terrestrial ecosystem so its asserted hierarchy matches its textual definition and aligns its placement with other ecosystem subclasses for downstream consumers (e.g., MIxS env_local_scale).

Changes:

  • Changed the asserted parent of wetland ecosystem (ENVO:01001209) from ecosystem (ENVO:01001110) to terrestrial ecosystem (ENVO:01001790).
