- updated all dependenciew to latest version
- removed DoubleCheckedLocking rule from checkstyle (see remove AbstractTypeAwareCheck from Chekstyle checkstyle/checkstyle#473)
- removed RedundantThrows rule from checkstyle (see remove AbstractTypeAwareCheck from Chekstyle checkstyle/checkstyle#473)
