Ships the framework-library discovery repair from #1454 for FastLED/FastLED#4482.

Validation:

• soldr cargo check --workspace --all-targets
• uv lock
• fix(esp32): resolve guarded framework libraries #1454 complete CI matrix green

After merge, release-auto.yml will build and publish the 2.5.26 GitHub/PyPI release.
