Hola Fazt, espero este bien, me tome el atrevimiento de agregar unas líneas de Código a su proyecto.
Debido a que al eliminar un elemento que se estaba editando, se generaba un error al dar editar, claramente por que el elemento ya no existía.
Por esto, agregue una ventana emergente, para indicar que antes de eliminar el elemento que se está editando, debe ser actualizado.
