기존 ServiceLogger는 Fast API의 라우터 단에서 의존성 주입하여 사용 -> 현재 Middleware로 처리하여 각 Task별 라우터 작성 시 작동 BackServiceLoggerDependency.py - 혹시 사용할 수 있으니 주석처리
