Clarify which licenses apply to which files/folders

CHES Final Artifact

• Add Documentation to the code through Doxygen
• Explain how to fix frequency in Intel Platforms
• Explain how to recreate the tables and figures in the paper
• Improve scripts to account for other cases
• Add versions for each dependency and clarify where they are needed
• Reorganize folder structure to better understand what's ours and what isn't
• Rename main_rel to PVW so that it is 1-to-1 with the paper
• Don't require root to ruin ./utils/{restore_cpufreq, watch_cpufreq, set_cpufreq}.sh. Instead prompt where needed
• Add a script to revert the fixed frequency ./utils/restore_cpufreq.sh
