　　有專用的 Unicode CJKV 字元者已增加。如果在 Windows 11 或 Android 11 上顯示不出來，則用括號補充。

In Mandarin, "抐" is pronounced ㄋㄣˋ nèn, ㄋㄧˋ nì, or ㄖㄨㄟˋ ruì,
while "捺" is pronounced ㄋㄚˋ nà.

Thus "抐" cannot be used as "捺" for refering the stroke "㇏".

"是也是" is probably an editing error.
