Investigate cloud hosting options for deployment

Considerations:

• Pipeline needs to be fully automated: data ingestion, data cleaning, model training, model insights, ect...
• Learning curve: how easy is it implement the cloud system
• Cost: how expensive will it be to host the product for ~1 week
• Flexibility: serverless vs severful architecture, postgres support, cron jobs triggers, security, ect...

Currently the TL's are leaning towards AWS since its the most robust solution but try to identify what lighter alternatives exist

Acceptance criteria:

• Documentation of at least three different options for out cloud infrastructure with a list of pro and cons
• Be ready to present findings next meeting (09/23)
