Transfer does not work anymore

Describe the bug

Before Transfer worked fine, now the player just disconnects without beeing connected to the new server.

To Reproduce

1. Execute ``/transfer <Domain/IP> 19132
2. Watch the player disconnect with message Transferred to another server but never connect on the other server

Expected behaviour

Being transferred to the other Server - connect there seamless.

Closing - this works as expected. Geyser, by default, does not know where to transfer a Bedrock player to and hence needs to be told explicitly

So it is expected that I cannot use a Geyser Extension e.g TransferTool anymore to make Transfer packets work?
Why? That should be possible quite easy and worked just well before.

Quite sure both worked before:

1. using the /transfer command / transfer api - when the correct port was specified
2. After installing TransferTool also Transfers with the Java pork worked to transfering to the correct Bedrock one

The second one is also specified as a feature in TransferTool.

Can you explain why Geyser does not transfer the player to the specified host and port as a default like it does before?

Oh no, the extension should just work; my statement was that it would not work without it
