None of the ARM failures have bottles. The akamai failure looks generic, though, as it's from the tarball returning 404.

Failures are unrelated:

• akamai is just a renamed tag and should be fixed by akamai: update url with renamed tag #86915
• fn is a sporadic (Mojave-specific?) failure. It occurred once on previous bump (go 1.17.1 #84935) and went away on re-run, so probably safe to ignore.

On side note, Linux CI still doesn't test most dependents since test-bot always skips Linux build-only dependencies https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-test-bot/blob/master/lib/tests/formulae_dependents.rb#L62.

So, Linux CI only tests runtime go dependents.
