[kRHYME7]

A bunch of theming/wallpaper backend stuff and bug fixes

This release archives the current implementation.

• We added more python stuff here and our own python env. This is to avoid adding more dependencies. Going forward, we can expect to use this python modules for more cool stuff!
• Extensible wallpaper support.
• Bug fixes

This release also prepare for the coming of this new baby, https://github.com/hyde-Project/hydectl. A CLI written in go. I'm not and expert but I think the current structure of hydect will work great with The HyDE Project.
