7 | Solder Remover |
Removal of solder connections: Desoldering tin is used to remove solder connections between electronic components without damaging them |
8 | Flux |
Improvement of wetting: Fluxes promotes wetting of the solder at the surface of the solder joint. In this way, an even distribution of the solder can be ensured. |
9 | Crimpling Pliers | The crimpling tool is used to connect wires together |
10 | Breadboard | Plug-in board to fix electronic components |
11 | Desoldering Pump | Extracting liquified solder when loosening a solder joint. |

1 | Fume Extraction | Should always be running while you solder, to suck all the toxic fumes |
2 | Soldering Station | Your main tool for soldering. |
2.1 | Solder Tips | Here you can change your soldering tip. There are Tips with different scopes. Which one you need depends on how big your soldering point is. |
2.2 | Tip Cleaner | When the soldering tip is inserted, it is cleaned and excess solder is removed. |
2.3 | Sponge | During the soldering process, excess solder can be removed using the sponge. |
2.4 | Terminal | Here you can specify your soldering settings. For instance setting up the temperature of the soldering iron. |
3 | Solder Vise | The Solder Vise is used to fix the individual components. Makes it much easier to get a clean joint |
If you have never soldered in your life before, check out the complete beginners guide.
