Automated daily dependency updates.

This PR updates all dependencies to their latest versions:

• Root package dependencies
• All workspace package dependencies
• Benchmark tool dependencies (nx, turbo, lerna, lage)

The benchmark was run after updates to ensure compatibility.

Bumps dependencies across all workspaces and root, updating package.json files and regenerating pnpm-lock.yaml.

• Dependencies:
  • Update workspace package.json dependencies in apps/crew, apps/flight-simulator, apps/navigation, apps/ticket-booking, apps/warp-drive-manager.
  • Update root package.json.
  • Regenerate pnpm-lock.yaml.
