This is an attempt to fix the metadata for plex, as well as allowing the code to run from source on MacOS.
Code has been created with help of AI so please update code where needed or re-write it. (not a developer 😄 )
I used the getUTC to make sure that it will always use the same time zone, even if your PC would be moving between different timezones, maybe something to be adjusted for other time related values.
