- Introduce `CLAUDE.md` to provide detailed guidance for AI assistants, covering project overview, architecture, commands, and standards. - Significantly expand `README.md` with a comprehensive overview, quick start guide, project structure, template system, requirements, code quality, and CI/CD. - Update `create-new-project.php` to remove `CLAUDE.md` after project initialization. - Add `.claude` to `.gitignore`.
