Pull Request #520 introduced an attachment extension blacklist. The bot will immediately delete all attachments with forbidden extensions.
While the links to deleted attachments are logged, they are immediately invalidated by Discord.
This PR ensures that the deleted attachments are valid for a little longer, by making a HTTP request to URLs of all attachments sent by users.
