- Refactors scripts.
- Fixes handling of packet IDs to allow interaction with an xbox debug kernel.
- Modifies FIFO handling to match QEMU (expects two one-way FIFOs with ".in" and ".out" suffixes)
- Adds TCP support.
- Adds a sniffing logger to log interactions between a KD debugger and target.

Sorry for the huge PR; it took a lot of changes to track down issues with packet IDs that prevented interaction w/ a debug bios from working. |
