Thanks! Need changelog. It would be great to run this against the tests from #548 to gain visibility into the drift between these impls

Added additional tests to cover divergent tests from #548 . Main divergence we have that would be really nice to have is excluding stable refs, but maybe thats better as an iterative change. |
