Pretty breezy considering all the other PRs to get here.
We'll bump kbphp v4 and the respective pdb and rdb versions once those PRs are cleared.

For now you can pull this down and fire off a few cron jobs in parallel to see how it works. Not sure if sprout3-site has any long running crons to test with. Locals patcher probably works best.
