Tests: Improve Reliability

Summary

Improves reliability of end to end tests, by:

• including MemberMouse database tables in dump.sql, instead of relying on MemberMouse to create them (sometimes, tables would not always be populated correctly by MemberMouse before running tests)
• move configuration from memberMouseSetupPlugin to dump.sql
• for product tests, use the $productID when configuring the Plugin's settings

Testing

Existing tests pass.
