This release adds global hotkey functionality:

Set or disable your hotkey in the config window
- Default is CTRL + SHIFT + T
When triggered, DeepL Translator will pop up
If you have text selected while triggering the hotkey, your selected text will be pasted into the source textbox
- Note: this doesn't seem to work with all applications, ymmv
