Kotlin 2.2.0 is the minimum version for Jetbrains Platform 2025.2
This contains a couple of bug fixes that make builds for newer Jetbrains Platform versions work.
com.intellij.cidr.base was removed and the relevant classes were moved to com.intellij.modules.clion.
The default heap size of 512MB was too low for the CI build.
