Submodule for Dockerfile wouldn't be necessary, since netlify-build.sh should just install the dependencies needed to locally pull the docker image from DockerHub; The Dockerfile is only needed if we want to rebuild the docker image locally, which we don't want to have to do every time we trigger a build
