Creating Face Detection System

Now, I have created a program to store the client's face sample in our database.

I have created a dataset.py file for adding Student records in the database. when you run it, it will ask you to enter a student name and it will create a face_data.npy file and when you click "c" key then Student data will save in face_data.npy.
When You Run attendace.py file It will recognize your face and if matched with the database it will add your presence in attendance.txt File and also Shown your name at your Forhead for Conformation.
I will be very happy when you merge my pull request.
