UI testing

Adds UI-framework specific unit tests, currently tests only evaluate the generated image, but not the control, this PR adds tests by UI-framework.

The latest release improves how the code in this library is maintained by sharing most of the code across all the supported UI-frameworks, but it introduced some new issues like:

Fixes:

• Cant't load GLWpfControl in WPF Framework #1990
• LiveChart2.WPF when CartesianChart unloading, canvas null exception occurred #1991
• ArgumentException when zooming with multi touch in WinUI #1989
• [v2.0.0-rc6.1][Avalonia] When the chart background is set to transparent, the transparent area directly penetrates to the desktop. #1984
• GeoMap crashes on instantiation in WinForms with version 2.0.0-rc6.1 #1983

With this PR we will be able to prevent this kind of issues in future releases.
