Add easyconfigs VASP 6.4.2 and 6.3.2 for
LUMI/23.09(+ updated dependencies), the latter also including the quasi-official extension VASPsol to model implicit solvation (sadly, they did not update it so that it works with 6.4.2).I ran some test calculations without any issues, but not the entire test suite.
