build: updated requirements

I updated requirements as those requirements that you provide it isn't possible to run project

These updated requirements prevent GPU use

When using the old included requirements you can enable GPU using:

pip install -f https://download.pytorch.org/whl/cu110/torch_stable.html torch==1.7.1+cu110 torchvision==0.8.2
pip install --upgrade tensorflow-gpu==1.15.0
pip install --upgrade Tensorflow

This doesn't work when using the updated requirements
