KDE 4's Oxygen PLASMA THEME

install as any normal plasmatheme for single User in: ~/.local/share/plasma/desktoptheme/ for all Users in: /usr/share/local/plasma/desktoptheme/

None of this is my work I simply copied kde 5's oxygen theme into the old without overwriting the old assets.
