Electromyography Signal Processing

Collaborative project repository on electromyography (EMG) signal processing

Project Description

In this project, the primary focus has been on electromyography signal processing, exploring its application in human-machine interfaces and the control of electronic devices through muscle activity. With the support and resources provided by FabLab UV, the ultimate goal is to contribute to the development of advanced technologies in the field of bionic prosthetics.

Current Project Objectives

  1. EMG Signal Capture: Using specialized sensors, I have collected EMG signal data during specific activities.

  2. Signal Processing: I have implemented signal processing algorithms to filter, analyze, and extract relevant patterns from the captured EMG signals.

  3. Human-Machine Interface: I explored the integration of processed signals to control electronic devices, performing specific actions through muscle activity.

Repository Structure

  • /Data: Contains the datasets used in the project.

  • /Scripts: Here you will find the scripts and source code used for EMG signal processing.

  • /Results: Includes results, graphs, and visualizations derived from signal analysis.

  • /Documentation: Detailed documentation about the project, including reproduction instructions and explanations of the implemented methods.
