feat(30706): show tooltip feedback when copying address

Description

This PR adds a tooltip feedback when copying the wallet address in the Account Details modal. Previously, clicking the "Copy address" button had no UI feedback, making it unclear whether the action was successful. Now, when the user clicks the button, a tooltip with "Address copied!" appears, improving UX.

Key Changes:

• Added a Tooltip component to display feedback when copying the address
• Ensured consistency with existing MetaMask UI design
• Improved UX by providing immediate visual feedback

Manual testing steps

1. Open MetaMask Extension
2. Navigate to Account Details
