Description

This PR bumps @metamask/remote-feature-flag-controller from ^1.6.0 to ^1.9.0.

Key changes by version:
• 1.7.0 – Added new metadata properties (changelog)
• 1.8.0 – Added new metadata properties (changelog)
• 1.9.0 – Added missing messenger type exports to prevent imports from dist, which would break once moduleResolution is updated to Node16 (changelog).
