Added ExchangeRateProviderService. Added Currency Extension for Contains method overide. Added apssettings with the necessary urls for Czech National Bank. Added Service Registration in Startup. Implemented Unit tests on service and startup. Added tests on the ExchangeRateProvider itself.
Removed unnessecary usings. Added logging to appsettings. Created appsettings.development.json to show override per env. Added namespace to service interface file.
