this file is to put in your kindle when you transfar using USB
It may help you install active content in the newiest verison(not fully tested)
Not certain if it works on 1.14.1
But it can work on some of 1.13.7(things like that,you know.)
I post that folder because the system do not allow you to create 
a new folder with . as beginng
Helpfully it would work on your kindle
Here are some tips:
1 How do you open png,jpg on kindle?

Create a new folder named Images the kindle section
Zip your pictures
Put them in the Images folder
