Meeting transcription & talking points for macOS.

MimicScribe is a menu bar app that runs speech-to-text entirely on-device using NVIDIA Parakeet via CoreML. Your audio never leaves your Mac.

What it does

  • Meeting transcription — Capture system audio + mic with speaker diarization
  • In-meeting talking points — Get real-time AI-powered suggestions during live meetings
  • Insert mode — Dictate and paste transcribed text anywhere
  • Instruction mode — Speak voice commands, get AI responses in an overlay
