This release modernizes type annotations across the src/qha package now that qha requires Python >=3.9.

Changes

• Replaced deprecated typing aliases such as Optional, Dict, List, Tuple, Union, and Iterator with modern annotations such as T | None, dict[...], list[...], and tuple[...].
• Added postponed annotation evaluation where needed to keep the modern syntax compatible with Python 3.9.
• Removed now-unused typing imports.
• Bumped package version to 1.1.2.

Validation

• Built source distribution and wheel successfully.
• Checked distributions with Twine.
• Verified Python 3.9 AST compatibility for src.
• Published to PyPI: https://pypi.org/project/qha/1.1.2/
