I genuinely assumed they had it as an intentional thing, so hence why I coded it here as a more balance bug fix |

About The Pull Request
Make it so you can't benefit from artifact stacking. The 2nd artifact and so on alerts you that they're inert and won't benefit you.
This helps prevent the powergaming artifact stacking meta
