- Make a new branch of gdc-docs, and modify any Python script that currently just prints to console so that it writes to a file.
- Add remarks explaining what the script does to the beginning of all of them (pretty much copy-pasting what's already in the documentation page into the script box).
- Make the sample file examples executable (so the user can simply copy-paste scripts, run, and see some output), as much as possible (using real examples); or clearly explain required changes.

Previously, the dictionary viewer was implememted as part of a custom theme. This does not appear to be how mkdocs is intended to work. This PR moved the dict viewer into the docs directory, which may not be completely idomatic either. As of this commit, the dict viewer works again, but it's styling needs to be updated still.
Moving the gdcmvs app out of the custom theme and into the docs directory. The search app loads and can retrieve results. However, it displays incorrectly. Many of the styles used in gdcmvs.md require bootstrap. probalby bootstrap v3. These styles will need to be redone.
