This PR expands Tutorial/Antenna above a Perfect Electric Conductor Ground Plane which is based on a 2D simulation to include a demonstration using Brillouin-zone integration using a 1D simulation. The results from the 1D simulation are nearly identical to the 2D simulation and in agreement with the analytic theory.
