I'm currently operating Terrabyte, a services business supported by custom software and workflow automation, while continuing to build products, contribute to open source, and deepen my experience in software engineering.

What tends to motivate me is finding a messy process, understanding how it works, and building systems that make it easier to operate, scale, and improve.
