Adds natural Bengali sentence templates, response text, and tests for the HassGetWeather intent (default and name_only slot combinations).
Covers common colloquial ways of asking about weather: whether it will rain, be sunny, how hot/cold it is, and current temperature.
"এই" is a common conversational filler ("hey"/"so") that can prefix
any spoken command, so it's registered as a global skip word rather
than baked into individual sentence templates. Also adds the
"আবহাওয়ার কি খবর" question form for HassGetWeather.

Adds Bengali sentences, responses, and tests for HassGetWeather (default and name_only slot combinations), covering natural phrasings for asking about weather, rain, sun, and temperature, plus a global এই skip word for the common conversational filler.
Verified locally: script.intentfest validate passes, pytest tests --language bn (262 tests) passes, count_sentences --language bn shows no runaway permutation growth (66 total for HassGetWeather), and parse/sample/sample_template were used to spot-check recognition and generated sentences.
