- Move turnProtection from per-tool to top-level - Consolidate nudge and protectedTools into tools.settings - Simplify tools.discard and tools.extract to just enabled flags - Rename pruningSummary to pruneNotification - Remove strategies.discardTool and strategies.extractTool
