Preserves the complete SDK
CallToolResultincallToolRaw()for both clients, retaining_metaand extension fields while keeping FastMCP’sstructuredContentandisErrornormalization. SuccessfulcallTool()responses inherit the complete shape; error behavior is unchanged.
