CI: pin PrestaShop 9.1.5 and add 9.2.x to the PHPStan matrix - #30

9.1.5 is the last release of the 9.1 line: the 9.1.x branch was deleted from the core once it shipped, so nothing newer will come out of it. 9.2.x joins the matrix so this module has the same coverage as the others.

9.1.5tag instead of9.1.4: 9.1.5 is the last release of the 9.1 line, since the9.1.xbranch was deleted from the core once it shipped. Second, PrestaShop9.2.xjoins the matrix, so this module gets the same coverage as the rest of the Epic.9.1.5and the two new9.2.xPHPStan jobs must be green.The 9.1.4 pin was merged before 9.1.5 was released (2026-08-18), hence the follow-up.
The neon rename is a
git mv, sincephpstan-configinterpolatesmatrix.presta_version.phpstan-9.2.x.neonis a copy of the 9.1.5 one, so any suppression the module legitimately keeps applies to 9.2.x as well.
