Issue

If I understand it correctly, 0 means that the road type has no speed limit. However, in the Czech Republic, there are standard speed limits.

Looks good to me and match https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Default_speed_limits#cite_ref-:41_158-0

Removing this values will fallback to default.

  • trunk = 110,
  • motorway = 130
