Automatically generating initial_source #32

At the moment, as mentioned in PR #28, initial_source is not generated automatically, and it needs to be added manually to the cell metadata.
Generating initial_source automatically for cells that do not have it is not ideal, because that will generate it for arbitrary cells added by the student too.
A possible solution would be to have a button (either global or per cell) that generates the initial_source.
