Remove the parts deprecated in release 0.25.7 (not 0.26.0).
BREAKING CHANGE: NormalizeCFGPass is no longer parametrized;
default()instances of NormalizeCFGPass, ConstFoldPass, UntuplePass, RemoveDeadFuncsPass now use a default PassScope
