- New Dockerfile for fastapi server - Add required gcc, pkg-config, libmysqlclient for python packages (IMPORTANT) - WARNING: May need to update Pipfile.lock using "pipenv lock". Note python ver 3.10.2 is required. - Update config.py to accept .env values in docker container.
fix following error fastapi.exceptions.FastAPIError: No response object was returned. There's a high chance that the application code is raising an exception and a dependency with yield has a block with a bare except, or a block with except Exception, and is not raising the exception again.
purpose of sperate source code and rest of file(Pipefile, Dockerfile, .sql files)

- port in fastapi server: 8000
- change kakao rest api key in dotenv file from park jun hyoung's key to team's key
- add initial script to docker compose mysql service
