Move image info code which is shared between the a-tisket and Harmony seeder into `seeding/dimensions.ts` and rename `AtisketImage` class.

With the latest changes to the Harmony website to make extraction of the necessary data more reliable, seeding of release URLs instead of image URLs became simpler to implement.
Image dimensions are now displayed there as well, making use of the already existing code for the a-tisket seeder.
